Aston Martin Vanquish and Tuxedos are working in a Unisom to make a carbon edition that would give a new definition to British automaker’s already existing carbon editions. Aston Martin has given the black treatment to the Vantage DB9 and DBS which won the hearts of many and now they are looking forward to black out the Vanquish, a flagship model.
The all new Vanquish is available in both Coupe and Convertible body styles and two colour variants, a black and a white. The new model has received an update package for its powertrain where it has been equipped with an eight speed automatic and paddle shift transmission, however, it still offers the same 6.0 Litre V12 engine.
The new engine is powerful and capable of generating 568bhp and 465 lb-ft of torque, it also has equally matched speed figures. It merely takes 3.6 seconds for a sprint of 0-62 whereas the top speed is amazingly 200 plus miles per hour. All these figures show why Aston Martin has opted for the Vanquish as a flagship model and now for a black out treatment.
It has a special trim that makes the Vanquish prominent in the Aston Martin model line-up. The special trim consists of black window sides, blacked-out headlights and special alloy rims with 10 spokes. It has a crushing interior which is exclusively decorated with herringbone carbon-fibre trim, anodized black speaker grilles for the speakers and audio system and a black quilled leather upholstery.
Full details have not been published yet, stay tuned for further details about the new Vanquish black.
